Colombia advances to Copa America final!
Jefferson Lerma's first-half goal proves to be the winner as Colombia defeats Uruguay 1-0 to reach the Copa America final.
Colombia is now unbeaten in 28 games, and will face the winner of the Argentina vs. Brazil semi-final in the final on July 12.
Jefferson Lerma scored the only goal of the game in the 39th minute, and Colombia played a man short the entire second half after Wilmar Barrios was sent off in the 45th minute.
